Your data
The building data and utility bills you enter remain yours. How they are handled is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is and is still in development. Savings, costs and payback periods are estimates from a simplified energy model and the data you enter. They are not a guarantee of performance and do not replace an on-site audit by a qualified professional. The University of Colorado accepts no liability for decisions made from the results.
